alyssastanton12 Right, that's the Alder Lake issue, which is fixed for EA App installs but not for Steam (or disc) installs. Please use one of the methods described in the accepted solution of this thread:

The patch is a one-time intervention, if you'd prefer the easiest solution, but it doesn't work for everyone. I suspect that the issue is often antivirus-related, but I can't prove it. At any rate, apply the workaround of your choice to TS3W.exe, with the W, since you have a Steam install.
