Barnacle Bay World Missing In-Game Despite EA App Showing as Installed

I purchased two worlds Roaring Heights Gold and Barnacle Bay through the EA App yesterday. The confirmation email included 16-digit codes for both worlds. I then attempted to redeem these codes on The Sims 3 Community website.

Initially, I might have used the wrong webpage - I went to "My Page" and tried redeeming through the "Register a Game" link at the bottom, which requires 20-digit codes. When I entered Barnacle Bay's 16-digit code there, it showed an error.

Later, I went to the correct "My Store Account" page, but when entering the Barnacle Bay code there, it stated the code had already been used (Attachments Pic "Used Code"). The Roaring Heights Gold code redeemed successfully.

When launching the game through the EA App, I can find the Roaring Heights world but not Barnacle Bay. (Attachments Pic "Downloads Dashboard in Sims 3") However, the EA App shows Barnacle Bay as installed under Sims 3 add-ons. (Attachments Pic "Add-ons Management")

What steps should I take next to find this world?
