That is really weird Gingersnap - but I have another Simmer friend here who also had some weirdness with horses - like one spawned in his kitchen during the night and he had a heck of a time getting it out. I forget exactly how he got it out, as horses are not supposed to go through regular doors. As he first thought the horse had came in the house during the night, but I believe it teleported or spawned there as some wild horses can teleport just like the Unicorns do, so I think he may have teleported into there. DM even had a picture. We laughed our heads off over it - but I have to admit I have not had any weirdness yet with horses like that. I did read a blog a while back though if horses are spawned into the world in a particular spot for the first time they will keep coming back to that spot as they feel it is their home. So I have seen lots - both community and home lots get horses coming back to them every night after placing a house or community building on that lot - the horses consider it theirs I guess. I tested it a few times - like I had to move a beach bar because of that - as the horses kept driving Sims away - so I moved the bar to the next lot over and everybody was happy. The horses did not care about the building, just the lot. Wonder if that was your problem with that lot in your picture.
