If you go to your sim control panel, and click on the tab that looks like a little rounded top box, that is the lifetime reward panel. Then you click on the lifetime reward button, and it opens up the Purchase Lifetime Rewards pop-up. Scroll until you see the "Young Again Potion" that costs 70,000 points. Buy that, and it goes into your sim's inventory. Then click on the pink potion bottle. Instruct your sim to "drink" and they will drink the potion. Immediately after that, they will do the whole "birthday" animation. When they twirl around, they will become a young adult at the beginning of the young adult level. You will get a notice that your sim is young again.
If you wish, after that, you may also buy the "Age Free Potion" to keep your sim a young adult forever, with no more aging. I don't remember what that costs, in lifetime reward points.
