I have binned EA sims before and used them in other towns (like Don Lothario) a couple times. I honestly have no idea if they continued to the eventual declines of my worlds. I was really doing so much wrong, it is hard to say. I will say that my town that was the worst so far, did have some EA sims from other towns. But it was Hidden Springs (which has it's own issues I've read), I deleted some EA sims there, and I put in extra lots in the world editor so who knows?
I'm playing more on the cautious side these days. I want a stable long-playing world.
