Hello, I need help with my The Sims 3 installation on macOS.

I redeemed my The Sims 3 serial code in the EA App and the game appears in my library. According to EA's FAQ, the macOS 64-bit version should be added automatically when the code is redeemed.

However, in my EA App library only the Windows version appears, and the macOS 64-bit version does not show up. When I try to install the game on macOS, I get this message:

"This application needs to be updated. The developer must update the app to work with this version of macOS."

It looks like the macOS 64-bit entitlement is missing from my account. Could someone advise how to get the 64-bit Mac entitlement added to my account, or share if EA support is handling this currently?

Hey! that happened to me too when i redeemed my code. i just contacted EA customer service and told them my problem, and they were able to switch it to the Mac version, and even gave me an expansion pack with it (:
