I purchased Sims 2 Supernatural DLC, but I can't download and install it as the "download" button is missing on my EA app. I've tried clearing the EA app cache and restarting it. No fixes yet. I sent a report via the EA Error Reporter.

Yes, I am referring to Sims 3 Supernatural. I tried both solutions suggesting the provided linked post, but the download button was still not available after the first solution and the DLC wasn't repaired when I tried the second.
I'm not sure what else to do.
ibdemented Please go to ea.com, login, open Account Settings > Order History, and let me know the status of your purchase: Completed, Processing, or Failed.
I don't think this will work as this DLC was a gift from my brother. So the order history won't be on my account.

Cleared cache via Start Menu folder and somehow it appeared in the "Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons"
