I recently redeemed codes of four expansion packs to my account for the sims 3. When I do this I then reach out to EA help so they can put in the 64 bit versions. Recently I can't reach out at all. I can't make a case or get a live chat with them. It just doesn't work. I'm now left with these expansion packs not knowing what to do. What do i do? How would I be able to reach out to them about this? I tried to make a case signed out and it didn't work.
