EA App says Sims 3 expansions are Windows-only - Legitimate Mac Disc Keys

Hi,

I am experiencing the entitlement bug with my old physical Sims 3 expansion packs on Mac. I successfully registered my physical CD-keys on the Sims 3 Store website. The expansion badges show up on my profile page.

However, in the EA app on my Mac, all these expansions (Island Paradise, Late Night, Movie Stuff, and Pets) are locked and say "Only available on Windows". My physical game boxes have the Mac logo printed on them, so they are fully compatible.

I have tried contacting Live Chat twice today, but the agents completely refused to help, claiming the codes are Windows-only because they only look at old billing data. They refused to grant me the mandatory "64-bit & Metal Mac entitlements".

Could a Community Manager please look into my account (EA ID: Sofie7Kidmose) and help me get the proper Mac 64-bit versions unlocked?
