Re: Issue redeeming Sims 3 World codes

Im super frustrated, I purchased roaring heights from the EA app directly. Went to input my code to the EA app and it directed me to thesims3.com, i entered my code but NOTHING comes up. And this pack isnt eligible for a refund. I basically threw my money away. On top of that, when the code is entered onto the sims website there isnt even an error message. Just nothing. I reached out to their customer support but im not confident.

    Same here, I don't know what to do. I bought hidden springs and i cant get it.

    I also am having this problem and I have tried the chats with support but they are NO help. I dont know who else to contact because i just want to use my worlds:(
