Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

I used a digital code to have the sims 3 on my Mac. EA was able to find the game and let me download the game (in 32 bits...), but I don't find my game in my library, so I am not able to download it in 64 bits and to play.
