Can't login to Sims 3 launcher

jeanne1970f​  Do you mean at the launcher, or at the Main Menu, or on some website?  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?

Having the same issue! I can log into EA but at the launcher and main menu I can’t sign in. I put my password in and the screen just pops back up prompting my password being needed

exactly!  Says my email or password is invalid. I know both I am not stupid lol.

I can log into the EA app but can't login to the Sims 3 app.

hey had no problems since today, cant log in sims 3 launcher!

I'm having the same issue too. I already tried the troubleshooting, changed my pw. Can login to ts3 store no problem but can't log in on the launcher or in game.

me too!! trying anything right now to work it.. maybe an hour ago the store website had 503 error but now its working normal maybe it has something to do with that. But again website now no problem but the launcher

idk but maybe it is general a problem right now? anybody here who fixed the problem? I didnt.. dont know what to do I'm mad.
