Custom Sim passed to me through Simport!
So I am dealing with another technical malfunction with Showtime (can't interact with one of my sims anymore) and I decide to try to start a new game to see if this is happening with new games as well...

It's a shame. I wanted to try out Simport (just got the game) but unfortunately my Sims use some CC clothing and cosmetics. I don't really want to be a bother to others so I'll just wait for the fix.
Also, if I understand correctly, if you use Simport and somebody transfers their CC to you, will simply deleting the Sim solve the problem?
