Re: Issue redeeming Sims 3 World codes

I just bought the Dragon Valley add-on, it shows in the EA which tells me I have to own Sims 3 to play. It does not show up in the list with all my other add-ons to play. I am trying to find a number to call for a refund, I will not buy through EA again, I will go straight to the Sim store and buy something. Also the code that was given says it was already entered. I am NOT able to play Dragon Valley, If this cannot be fixed, I want a refund to buy elsewhere.
