Ok, I had 3 of Twallan's mods (removed before installing Generations and I did not put them back in my game):

Master Controller
Overwatch
Traffic

No third party CC

I'm using the same save since December 2010 (I think)...

My issue that I noticed yesterday is that some sims will get stuck clapping after a wedding under the wedding arch. They will just stand there for hours (sim time) clapping.
