1. I have CC hair and 1 Mod
2. Only used Overwatch Mod, I've installed the latest version.
3. Removed all mods and reinstalled them again. Still having skill gone with or without. Cleared cache.
4. Own all EP's except Fast Lane
5. What patch level (game version) are you currently at: 1.22

7. Playing existing game
The only bug I've been running into is my mastered photography skill randomly disappears. Haven't ever had this problem til Generations. If I try to take a picture, it snaps fine but the photo never develops and sim is stuck with the taking a picture icon. Can't cancel it. Have to reset sim.
Can take cell phone pictures fine. All other skills seem to be fine.

I've tried changing households, which fixes it temporarily but goes back. I've tried the skill with a different family which was okay, but I didn't play for very long to see if it stays that way.
The only thing I haven't tried is reinstalling Generations. I guess that's a last resort if nothing else I can do.
