I have a field of blue topaz gems spawning across the street from my lot. Yesterday I placed an empty lot there using the ingame option, then put a house on that spot. The lot with the house ended up covered in blue topaz, every single tile (outside) had a gem on it. I buldozed the lot, removing it entirely. My game is also freezing about every half minute for a couple of seconds, never had that before.

Did anyone also notice that it takes forever for your sims to go to the bathroom? They spend about an hour emptying their blatter and washing their hands. They shower and eat each much quicker, but doing the dishes also seems to take an eternity.
