I bought the sims3 and I paid for Simspoint for towns, but it can't open all of it. what I have to do next. I use window11. I restart my pc or fix the game from EA it didn't work.

I am having the same issue, have uninstalled and reinstalled everything including add-ons from the EA app on desktop, i am getting this error for any world i try loading.
