I purchased the sim3 hidden springs years ago and now I am trying to play them again. I also have a new computer but the code is saying that I already used the code and it wont let me install it. How can I get this resolved. thanks

when you purchased it years ago, did you use it to play the game at that point? If so, the code for Hidden Springs is already redeemed on the account that you used years ago. If it's now saying that's it's already redeemed and you can't install it, then you're most likely currently trying to use a different account from the one that you used years ago. You will have to find the login details to the old account again in order to use this DLC.
