Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

Hello.

I purchased The Sims 3 Hidden Springs directly from EA and received a redemption code.

When I try to redeem the code in the EA App or on The Sims 3 Store website, I always get the message "The product code you entered is not valid."

I have checked the code several times and I am using the correct EA account.

I have already contacted EA Support but I have not received a reply yet.

Could someone from EA please check my purchase and either provide a working code or add Hidden Springs to my account?
