Hidden Springs Plagues me again

It once again says that I do not own Hidden Springs, and I do not know how I fixed it last time. I tried clearing cache, removing sims 3 folder and restarting sims 3, and even changed password to have no special characters then forced it to log me out and back in. I purchased it 3 times so far and it is super frustrating to not be able to remember how I fixed it last time. Any help appreciated. Dxdiag attached. Also included many proof of ownership if anyone can assist. Thank you. New pc again too.

    Hey agallag2017​, 

    It's strange that you'd need to go purchase Hidden Springs again to access it since you've purchased it three times and should own the DLC. Generally speaking, if Hidden Springs appears in your Purchase History page on the Sims 3 Store, you should be able to download it from there.

    Please contact our live support team so they can work with you to see if there's anything account or payment-related that's been triggering this. Unfortunately, we don't have the tools to investigate here on the forums, but it'd be worth having an advisor take a look to prevent this moving forward.

    Solved unfortunately it made me purchase it again! ugh. The things we do when we want to play the game.
