If the floating tiles are far away from the building… first save your game. Then you could sledgehammer them to delete. Just double check no missing ceiling tiles after in your building. If not, you’re good. If any missing, either remove and replace the flooring tiles in the area with the gap or paint the ceiling for them to drop back in place as mentioned above.
