Negative Disgust Moodlet is stuck and won't go away.

You can try using a cheat to remove it. Open up the cheat box by pressing sift, ctrl, c. Type in: testingcheatsenabled true (to turn it off afterwards, retype it and end it with false instead of true). Now hold down the shift key and ctrl. Click on the moodlet. It should disappear.

I experienced same problem and found that moving my house and lot to another location in the town removed the moodlet from all sims as well. I used edit town, then move lot. Saves a lot of difficulty in losing the wishes and opportunities for the sim family. Hope this helps as well.
