For better organization, it's better to categorize the CC. Whether you do it as Hair, Clothes, Makeup etc or go by CC Creator: Peggy, Rose, All About Style, etc.

It just depends how much you have, and which way would work better, that way if you have to make a change, it's not a huge hassle.

EDIT: And you can also use the S3PE to condense individual packages into a smaller size (some will, some won't.)
