Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

A few months ago I bought Dragon Valley Gold Editon on EA for Sims 3. The app shows I says and shows I own it. But when I start Sims 3 it doesn't show up in my game. I checked the forums and can't figure it out. I saw it was suggested to go to the sims 3 to get the code from purchase history. It doesn't show up there. I'm guessing because I got it on EA and not that store. It shows the last purchase was back in 2012.
