Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

I’m having an issue with The Sims 3 on my computer and I would like your help to fix it. I can’t find a way to contact EA directly.
I logged into The Sims 3 Community with my account and went to the Worlds section. I clicked to purchase the Roaring Heights Gold Version world. It redirected me to the EA page for that world to complete the purchase. I bought it successfully.
Then, I opened the EA app library and saw the world under Add-ons. I also clicked “Redeem Code” and entered the code, and the game recognized it correctly. So far, so good!
However, after refreshing The Sims 3 Community, the world did not show up there, nor did the amusement park that was supposed to come as a gift. I tried to enter the code there as well, but it said the code was already used (probably because I activated it in the EA app).
These two should be linked properly. The problem is that when I open the game to play, the world does not appear as an option.
What should I do now? Can you please help me?
