To give you more context I’ve filed several cases now but not once did I get contacted by an advisor it would be wonderful if you could help me with this cause ea help I think is broken rn it’s not sending me access key to any of my cases it won’t even resume my case

Thanks, it sounds like the live chat hasn't been connecting in that case- please try creating a brand new help request on the site to speak with someone over live chat. If you're still not connecting, clear your browser's cache, or use a different web browser and try again.
