Hi there @Skinthiaoioioi
Have you previously merged two separate EA accounts together?

I have this problem too but only with Supernatural. All other expansions are installed and showing up.
The EA app says all expansions are owned, downloaded and installed. Everything but Supernatural is in the select expansion section in the launcher. And except Supernatural everything is in the game.
Also tried almost everything, nothing is working.
I bought the game years ago on DVD and did not change my EA Account since then. Everything is on one account since Sims 2.
I tried installing supernatural from the DVD, it still does not show up in the launcher or the game.

Thanks for these details- it sounds like your packs need to be manually re-added to your account so you can access those again, this isn't something we can for you over AHQ as we don't have access to your account information, but the live support team can take a look with you.
Please reach out to live support from the help site here- I'd also recommend attaching this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so the team has further details to reference.
I just had this issue as well. What fixed it for me was going to the Sims 3 in my library in the EA App and selecting "Manage" then "Repair".
When the repair process started, it went right through the main game files as expected, but when it got to the expansions, it realized that they were never actually installed (despite the app saying they were). After having the repair process actually install them, all my expansions showed up in the launcher and everything in the game works as it should.
