Uploaded sims not appearing AT ALL!

Even after clicking on upload, trying it on my old 2012 iMac on old Firefox on macOS mountain lion, using different browsers on my main gaming rig, literally nothing will upload, if no one has a solution I will be contacting ea support

i have already done this, i cleaned my game, even changing some stuff in sims3logs.xml because apparently windows 11 is conflicting with it, now when i try to upload a sim it literally says "upload failed: network error" its not evening letting me log into my sims 3 account in game as it says "lost connection to the server"

  • TheFrenchPlumbot  Please try the steps listed in this thread, which is for a different error:

The point is that clearing this data may help you as well.

If it doesn't help, can you try a different connection?  For example, if your computer has wifi, you could set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home network, and connect to that.

it has nothing to do with wifi, the exchange has worked on this wifi over 3 years, my pc aerials are in good shape and even when uploading no cc or no custom images sims to the exchange, i mean like full vanilla sims it still fails

  • TheFrenchPlumbot  The point is not that uploading via wifi, or even your particular network, is a problem in general.  The point is that something about the connection may be a problem now.  In a similar vein, sometimes people have to powercycle their routers to clear up connection issues, and then the connection is fine.  So please test on a different network.
