Addendum: Horses showed up at University after installing the Register--which I don't mind because University isn't a horribly cluttered town. So the "unchecked horse box ignored" issue doesn't apply at University, only the "can't pet a wild horse" issue.
Apologies for the double post, but I didn't immediately see an "edit" button.
Edited: Found the edit button. It's at the top. I'm used to it being at the bottom.
