Couple of mine:
Opportunities
The "fly around with a jetpack" opportunity never completed for me despite pretty much reaching Tech skill level 5 just by using jetpack alone, so I had to abandon it after like 10 sim days.

I don't know if this is a bug, but it's something I noticed:
The 7 original spites retain their form if you save the lot with them into bin, then replace it in the town. However, the 3 you unlock via Technology skill (angel, devil and rainbow pony) will reset to a random form out of the 7 original forms.

P.S. One more:
"Make All Happy" option of Mailbox (after TCE cheat was used) doesn't seem to affect ITF robots. "Make Stats Static" will freeze their needs, but "Make All Happy" will not fill the bars 100% like it does with other Sims.
