New game with new sims, although I get the same problem with old ones.
Isla Paradiso, but I've experienced this bug with all other worlds I've played with.

I have SN,IP,GNR,PTS,ST,UL,ITF
I've experienced the lightning/meteor bug in the normal future, but I don't know about the present or utopia yet. Today was the first time I've had that bug. I don't think I have any other bugs, or at least I haven't noticed them yet. I've only noticed two other bugs. Upon returning to the normal future after changing it back from dystopia, the future mall,cafe oning,plumbot shop,downtown club,and the storage tanks stay dirty like they were in dystopia. I've replaced the shells of these buildings with testing cheats and buydebug but it's becoming a nuisence.
When returning to the normal future from utopia, the giant rainbow in the sky remains. I'm sorry if this bug has already been posted, and I just missed it while reading through the info.
