Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

Hi, I just bought The Sims 3: Roaring Heights Gold Edition through the EA App. It says I already own it, but it’s not installed. When I try to register the code on the Sims 3 site, it says it’s already used, and the world doesn’t show up in my purchase history like Monte Vista does.

Has anyone else had this happen or know how to fix it
