I thought I was finished with Customer Support, but no! You may recall from the previous troll-targeted thread that I exchanged about 20 rounds of emails with them before the final person said that they would forward my query to the Sims development team. I didn't expect to hear from them again (after that many emails there's not a lot left to say) but today an email pops into my inbox. Don't get excited though, they were just asking me for my computer's system information (again).
