Hi: I find France "sticky" too - if my game is going to freeze momentarily at all, it will happen in France, usually when my Sim first arrives after that it's fine. Also noticed since LateNight and the update the sphinx is glitched where it wasn't before - I had to use "Build on This Lot" to remove a doorway otherwise it stayed dark even after my Sim opened the door and went inside.
