Overwatch won't be able to repair all damage already done to a game. For that, I would recommend ErrorTrap.
ErrorTrap is a CoreMod so you will need to have your game patch to 1.19 to use it. Also make sure to not download the SteamVersion.
Put it in and let ErrorTrap clean up some stuff (try on a copy of your game) then let your game run for a while, save and then quit the game, remove ErrorTrap by deleting the mod and the cache files and then go back to the new save game. You might find some ScriptErrors in your users directory which you can either post in twallan's forum or simply delete (or email them to me. I have a gmail account, I won't do support via email but I will pass on your ScriptErrors).
