I really think the specs listed on the box need to be changed. Or they should give some warning that if you play on the basic required spec computer you may be missing some things or things may not work so nice.
I clearly see what things changed in my game after installing on a higher end computer.
Of course I’ve still got cars piling up, that’s never going to change I think, so after I get done playing around mod free I will resort back to having overwatch in my game to clean those up. Prior, it was cleaning anywhere between 50-60 cars a night in my game.
I have no knowledge on the WA issues as I avoid WA like the plague. That one was a waste of my $$, in my opinion.
