I think it would be fair if the specs on the box meant that the game would run fine with the default settings, with a default for each setting being 'medium'. Then if you have a better computer, you can turn the settings to high, if you only just meet the specs and want to sacrifice some graphics quality then you have the option to turn them to low. That would seem reasonable to me.
AndreeAndree, it's good to hear from you and I'm glad if you are enjoying the sims just gardening..... although if my sims couldn't even reproduce or have jobs I think I'd get bored of the game pretty soon!
