It's kind of funny, because the way I'm playing right now is like my life, I don't have kids or a career. I'm home all the time (disabled) so I don't do late nights or world adventures in real life, and they don't interest me in games either. But trying out careers and having a family is pretty neat. Not something I can do in real life, and it's cathartic to do it in a game.
Life IS like that, sometimes a change at one point in a life changes the entire life.
Sometimes I feel like I'm playing a version of myself. Sometimes I feel like a parent to the little sims. Sometimes it's like being a god where you can backtrack or fix things (like the bringing back of dead people).
I've already played my own life in real life and I'd really appreciate it if EA would fix up the children thing. Seems kind of stupid to sit at home, playing a game about people sitting at home. hahaha.
Oh, and I've already experienced the car being stuck in a parking spot for a long time too. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to generate a running version in real life to continue to use at the time.
