I have started playing again...without any mods and my Sims seem to be doing fine. Odd, since I've lost 11 games to this glitch. I'm thinking it might have something to do with WA. None of these Sims have traveled but I'm pretty sure my other families did at one point or another. Perhaps traveling causes the glitch?
This is my fifth theory by the way. I thought it was babies, then steps, then moving, then over-decorated houses...now I think it might be traveling. So what do you guys think?
I'm really hoping the next patch fixes this. It is the only way I am even going to think of buying Generations...
WA is not the problem for me. I've had no problems with the family I made in Twinbrook, and I had the first sim do all of the WA adventures. All of my freezing issues happened in Bridgeport with families that never adventured at all.
Oddly enough, the family I'm having good luck with is in Twinbrook as well. I have had the glitch occur in every other world, however, so it's not just Bridgeport but I'm glad you mentioned that. I wonder if many others have been having luck in Twinbrook? Or is it just the luck of the draw?
