Can SOMEONE from EA PLEASE read what Dante has said on page 25 of this thread?? Every single thing he said about code buildup, timeout functions, etc., even though I barely understand the way programming works for this game, or anything else, everything he said makes perfect sense to me. Take out all of the technical terms, and what you're left with is, 1. Sims are programmed to do certain actions 2. These actions are not terminating correctly when necessary 3. The buildup of these interactions pile up over time and continuous gameplay and begin affecting more and more aspects of our games, and 4. Our games become full of LAG, and Sim interactions are buggy and corrupt as hell!
That is the logic I have taken from what Dante said - I may have misinterpreted some parts of it, that's very possible since I am technologically stupid  but, come on... READ what he said, someone! Get off your ***** and investigate the messed up game mechanics that you have created and we have paid to endure. If the problem is something which can't be fixed with a usual patching method, come up with some other way to fix this and allow us to play again! We are fans who have invested so much time and money into these games and have loved them for a long time. I'm sure a lot of us would rather the issue be addressed, instead of being ignored and have the newest Expansion or Stuff Pack shoved down our throats with vague hints at the possibility that MAYBE someone is aware of our issues.
