Hi, im back with an update on my issues and some positives :)
(Still MacBook, no mods)
oh! i got another glitch i dont think anyone has had.. maybe?
sometimes I cant see other people's celebrity level. I know they are celebs because you can't just walts right into Plasma 501 without being a celeb.
I mouse over them and all i see is their name. :/
-I dont think this is a glitch. I know some people have problems getting in to clubs, but not my Sims. First night out (with no stars) they can sneak in or bribe there way in, later they just walk right in, ( - They have "star quality" and get stars fast) while others get refused in the door. And I meet others in the clubs/bars I know have no stars.
I tried to make a new Sim to see if the time issues etc would improve, and I think it did. Seems like this sim doesn't take ridiculously long to get around, elevators etc. I still think it takes to long, but it might be the right sim-time. When i go back, i will try my first LN sim and see if her time has improved as well.
(But i also started cheating with needs as well now, and no job, so he can actually make it to the club, get skills etc.)
I want to add to the mixologists issue:
I'm also having the problem mentioned with the moonlighting mixologist not able to serve anyone. It just drops out of the queue every time. I have a vanilla game (no mods, no CC).
-Same problem, but she is also my neighbor (how can she afford it? :) ) Like i posted earlier, it seems like a problem when "the help" lives next door.
I had problems with a stereo he never seemed to come around to fix, sometimes he would chart, but i never so him, or i might have to leave after waiting for him. But at the same time he lives next door, and is often outside his door when i call repairman, but i cant click on him.
I ended up buying a new stereo instead.
Same issue with my maid, he lives on my floor too. In the beginning he never arrived to clean the place, so i cancelled and rehired maids a few times. But now he comes everyday and works fine. -But he leaves hes apartment and the building to go to work, then come back to clean, and then leaves the building to come back home later
Im having some building problems in the apartments, -yes its not easy. But this is minor things I dont think is suppose to work this way. Sometimes, when redecorating the place, you cant place objects against the shell wall, close but there is space between object and wall. And "moveobjects" makes no different, actually even worse sometimes.

Please notice i was able to place a hot top on the balcony In the picture above ("moveobjects"). My sim wanted to move to a penthouse, so i found this empty, really cool loft. Got really exited, and then disappointed about not really being able to redesign the place very much... (Even with cheats). Is it a bug/glitch that I cant place a hot-top on this otherwise great balcony? -I really hope so. -"Homeowners ***..."

But I could place this! :) Also standing at the balcony like that... maybe it work with stairs.... :)
-I can get a butler, and he seems to work, and i manage to build him a room, but no hot top...?
