I'm experiencing a lot of these bugs, but one in particular isn't on your list. (TBH, I haven't read through the whole thread, so dunno if someone else may have mentioned it.) When I'm building a new lot (In this case, in Bridgeport) windows don't register as light sources. They will show the light coming in until I switch floors, and then it's as though there are no windows at all.
Haven't found a fix yet, it's really frustrating. This continues even in live mode, so sims constantly have the "It's dark in here" moodlet.
