Late Night Bugs - Compiled List in first two posts

I'm having problems with butlers/maids. Neither one of them come to work, and if they do, they disappear shortly after and don't clean anything. But they still collect their money, lol. I can't use any of them in my game. Also, I have found that about 50 sims have all gathered behind Waylon's Haunt, they won't leave and if they do, they come right back. I tried resetting them, replacing the building, etc but nothing works.
