Re: Sims 3 - Packs missing from EA app

I’m desperate to find an answer that isn’t repurchasing the packs. So, about a decade ago I bought expansion packs Island Paradise and The Sims 3 Starter Pack (Late Night, Base Game, and High End Loft Stuff). I had hundreds of hours logged into this game and when Origin switched to EA, all of that was erased. I contacted support and received game codes just for this same issue to occur again about a year later. I put down my favorite game that I’ve been playing since childhood for over 6 years because I was so devastated. However, I miss it terribly so I contacted support just for them to say they can’t verify my purchase and to contact GameStop as I had originally purchased it there. First of all, what could GameStop possibly do, and second of all, why can’t they just do the same thing they did before? They told me their policy has changed and there’s nothing they’re allowed to do in order to verify my purchase which doesn't sound accurate. I purchased these games and now I can never play them again just because theyre physical copies? Can anyone at all help me? I’m so upset.
