I have tried downloading everything needed to be able to pull up the sims 3 game but it will not load. I redownloaded the game via the EA app on the computer when I select new game/play it immediately sends an error message that the world cannot be load and the game may need to be restarted. I have restarted and repaired the game multiple times but it will not load. What else do I need to do?
Re-download and re-install the Store content including the worlds, especially if the world you selected for your new or old game is not Sunset Valley, or in the case of that you have the Island Paradise expansion pack and ticked in the launcher, Isla Paradiso. Custom content and store content was uninstalling itself for a while there and that is what people had to do. It hasn't seemed to happen to people for a while though, especially after updating the EA App properly. It might also help to not be logged in in the Sims 3 game in the launcher when you load.
