Missing simpoints

Has anyone figured out how to get missing simpoints from buying gold bundle for a world? I've tried a lot of different things but so far nothing and support believes it may be a bug but I just wanted to know all my options rather than just hoping and waiting around

    If these points still haven't come through for you, you can contact live support for a full refund on the bundle- live support isn't able to grant these missing points, but they can process a refund on the bundle if you'd like. Here on the forums, we don't have access to your account and billing information to get that processed, but you can reach out to live support again here if you're interested in a full refund.

  • S3MANTICERR0R​  Did you receive one code for the world or multiple?  Please double-check your email to be sure.  In the past, there has been one code for the world and another for the points, so it would make sense that you didn't get the points if you only redeemed one code.

    In case it's relevant, what world did you buy?  And have you checked your SimPoints total in a private window or another browser, just to make sure this isn't an issue of stale cached data?

    I only received one code, and it stated it was already used...one minute after purchased. I checked spam just in case there was another code as well. 

    I bought Roaring Heights gold bundle and my simpoints is 0, checked a few different places as well (support had me check different browsers and logging out and back in😅) 

    It's definitely odd that's for sure

  • S3MANTICERR0R​  If you bought RH through the EA App, or you tried to register it there, that would explain why the code didn't work.  I thought from your wording that you got the world but not the points; if that's not true and you don't have RH either, please see the first post of this thread:

    With only one code though, the points should have just been added to your account.  I'm not sure whether EA support could add them for you.  Support reps can in fact replace points spent on an accidental double purchase, but they may be restricted to only that context.  It doesn't hurt to ask again though, that is if you have the patience.  One thing we know is that this not a bug that would be fixed automatically from the EA side, as in, your points aren't going to magically appear one day.

    Yeah it's strange, I did get the world through the ea app, but not the points it said it came with on thesims3.com (was redirected from thesims3.com to the ea app to purchase it) so yes I did get the world but not the points.  But I essentially got from support "it's probably a bug" and to wait. And they said that they couldn't add points or give a code to get them back for the lost points, so I find that interesting to hear. I've spoken to 3 different support people and pretty much the same answer of just to wait. So that's rather unfortunate to hear that, but I should've expected that they wouldn't magically appear

    It's a bummer that the points hadn't come through after 3 days, but yes, I think the only option left is to get a refund, unfortunately. Thank you for the link to get that started
