There a those that previously patch that can't login but some can? Some have EP7 content/interaction/CAS stuff, etc. and some only have interactions, some have nothing.
I don't know if the issues with the dd are related. You can't tell from what russkkii says, I think.
I think you can't login if you are patched to 1.31 but they might have changed that during the time where no patch was available. Cause this message is clearly triggered by something on they changed on the server. They must have a something that triggers the flag to appear.
