New Patch - Game Update for 1.32 (Patch pulled) 3/15 Patch 1.33 Available - Update 3/16

Okay, so I understand a lot of people are having problems with the new patch which kind of makes me really nervous to update it. I've been reading over a lot of info over this now, and I still have to ask. My base game is updated at 1.31 and it works fine. What I want to know is that, since I haven't updated to 1.32 yet, and I already have 1.31, would it be safe right now to update to 1.32 from my launcher, or should I just wait until the new manual one comes out?
