Packs not showing on sims 3 launcher

Hello, 6 of my 7 packs do not show on my sims launcher but are on my EA app.

When i click on install the packs not showing it just brings me back to the Sims 3 page on the EA app.

I uninstalled the not showing extensions and installed them again and nothing changed

Contacted EA Chat and they could not help me.  

I hope somebody will be able to help !

    Hey there mathildepjl 

    It sounds like these packs may have been removed from your account-  this isn't something we can check on over the forums as we don't have access to your account information, but live support can check your entitlements for each pack and see what's happened.

    Please submit a new case on the site here so they can look into this again- be sure you attach this forum conversation when you reach out there so the team has further information to reference.

    Hi  EA_Solaire 

    I have the same problem, but I have 3 packs not working out of 6. 

    I have had around 7 different EA support people trying to help me, and I tried all the things they suggested - re-installing the game with one expansion pack at a time, repair game, delete cache on EA app, make an adminitrator account and install the game there, clean boot my PC.  

    Lastly I tried getting my product key on the expansions, but the support couldn't help with that. I wanted to see if I could redeem them again and see if that helped, but I didn't get to try it, since I don't have the product key (bought the game many years ago and redeemed the codes many years ago).

    Which packs specifically are you having issues with? Did you previously have two separate EA accounts merged together?

    Hi EA_Solaire 

    It's Showtime, Ambitions and Pets I have issues with. Yes, it was after my two accounts was merged I got the problem. Is it a common issue after a merge?

    Thanks for those details! If you're seeing this after an account merge, that sounds like the live support team will need to manually re-add these packs to your account. This isn't something we can do for you over the forums as we don't have access to your account details, but you can contact live support here to have them sort this for you.

    I'd also recommend attaching this forum conversation when you reach out there so the team has further details to reference.

    im having a simular issue with World Adventures... I bought it through app says its there but cant launch it...I was having issues the other day with just downloading and installing it... i was issued a refund told to repurchase it but i cant even do that...no idea what to do....

    If you've submitted a refund on this but you aren't able to re-purchase it, we'll need live support to look this over and be sure the pack was fully removed from your account. 

    You can submit a help request here so they can take a look with you.
